- Fair Market Pricing: Our collaboration is with vendors who offer competitive, fair, and transparent pricing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Timeliness: Prompt service is crucial for our tenants. Therefore, we expect vendors to communicate within 24 business hours for non-emergency issues and immediately for emergency repairs.
- Licensing & Insurance: All vendors must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation and liability coverage, along with any industry or trade-specific licensing requirements. This ensures compliance with legal and safety standards.
