PRE-SCREEING AND SHOWINGS
Undoubtedly, showcasing a property is a pivotal step in the home rental process, but is often time-consuming because the fit may not be right. Once your home is listed, we receive a hundreds of inquiries through calls, texts, and emails, often accompanied by numerous queries related to the property and tenant qualifications. To streamline the process, we conduct a preliminary tenant pre-screening to ensure that prospective tenants meet essential criteria and are prepared to proceed before scheduling property showings.
We offer 4 kinds of showings:
Agent Tours. We will arrange guided tours for prospective tenants who might be restricted by their work hours or other commitments, ensuring a personalized experience tailored to their needs.
Self-Showings. We install special lockboxes that allow tenants to view homes on their own time. Our lockboxes require id and will provide unique codes at specific times when the tenant is within close proximity of the home.
Open Houses. To generate excitement and a sense of urgency, we conduct open houses for multiple tenants to view the property, generally on the weekend.
Housing Authority Fairs. We participate in the housing fairs sponsored by the various housing authorities. We provide flyers and get the opportunity to speak directly with potential tenants before scheduling any tours.

PREPARE PROPERTY
